4. Fees and Payment

All fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted methods of payment will be listed during checkout.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Legal Services

If a scheduled appointment is canceled at least 48 hours before the session, you may reschedule or request a refund of any prepayment. If services have been fully delivered, fees are non-refundable due to the nature of advisory commitments and time allocation.

5.2 Informational Products

Digital materials may be downloaded immediately. If you experience technical issues preventing access, contact us within 14 days for a refund or replacement. Once access is granted and content has been downloaded, no refund will be issued.

5.3 Physical Materials

Printed resources may be returned within 30 days of delivery in unused condition. To request a return authorization, contact our support team. Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt of the returned items. Shipping fees may apply.

5.4 How to Request a Refund or Transfer

To request a refund or transfer, please contact our support team using one of the following methods:

All content, trademarks, and materials provided by SeniorAllLaw remain the exclusive property of SeniorAllLaw. You may not reproduce or distribute any portion without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

SeniorAllLaw is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific service in question.
